Yes I did get transferred.  I am now in a part of the city of Santiago called Las Antillas.  It is a ward that is much much bigger than the branch of Dajabon.  It is located in the northern part of the city in a pretty rich area.  Due to all of that it has been an interesting week and has taken a bit of getting used to. My new companion is named Elder Garcia. He is from Nicaragua and has about a year in the mission.  The members that I have met here so far are really cool and willing to help us out so that is good.  Going back to my last few days in Dajabon, they were pretty good.  As I told you the last Sunday there went really well. On Monday and Tuesday we found some new people that seemed very interested so that was cool. On Tuesday night I made spaghetti at that member´s house that taught me how to make it.  She had to observe and make sure that I did everything right but it turned out pretty delicious.  When I left the house in Dajabon I accidentally left my razor there and had to have my comp send it to me. I did not end up getting it until Friday and so I was looking pretty scruffy.  On Friday we did a big service project that reminded me a bit of yard work at home... just a lot harder. We had to clean up a bunch of garbage in a big yard and then after we had to mix cement and carry it up to the 2nd floor of this house. The cement mixing was the most tiring haha.  It has been a long time since I have done much shoveling and my hands were not quite used to that and I ended up with a fat blister on my hand. It was kind of fun though. It reminded me a bit of working at SuperSonic Car Wash.... physical labor that requires no mental effort whatsoever.  Then on Saturday we had a baptism of a young man named Fernando. His mom was just baptized a week ago and they are a super cool family. I did not contribute anything to their conversion process but I am excited to be able to work with them and help them adjust to the member life, they also have a lot of family members that are interested in the church. Things are going well though. As always time is going by very quickly and I am just trying to keep up with it. I honestly do not have that much time left in the mission, 5 and 1/2 months will go by very quickly. I love you all and hope that you enjoy this week.
